Terms and Conditions

If for any reason we cannot supply product or service due to issues outside our control we reserve the right to cancel any order. In such circumstances we will refund any payment. If we can offer an alternative or subsitute we will contact you before we complete transaction.

All cases are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against defects in materials or workmanship and we agree at our discretion to repair or replace any defective cases.

No responsibility is assumed for any consequential loss or incidental damage caused or incurred. Nor is any responsibility taken for misuse, neglect, alterations or other causes of damage and/or loss incurred to you or any third party.

B-Stock items are sold as described.

We reserve the right to change or ammend terms and conditions without notice.

We will be governed by Irish law in any dispute.

Delivery

All delivers must be signed for, any damage or uncomplete deliveries must be noted on delivery docket. Failure to do so will negate any future claims.

Returns

All returns must be in same condition as dispatched. Where goods are returned as faulty a full refund will be made through same method as payment recieved. If goods are returned for other reason (ie change of mind) cost of carriage and a 20% restocking fee will apply. If goods ordered are custom built then no refund will be available unless faulty.

Payments

All payments are handled by Paypal to ensure your security. Any suspected fraud or attempted will be reported immediatly to relevant authority. Payments are made to our Parent company Milestone Productions. All prices include VAT @ 21%. For VAT excemption payments please contact us.
